Wow it’s been a while

Haven’t posted to this blog in just about 18 months. Thanks to Twitter and Facebook I haven’t been posting for a long time. That’s got to change. As I have restarted my running and decided to try out Triathlon in 2010 I will start posting my training results here as long as my knee does not cause me trouble.

I’m currently aiming for my first Marathon this year being Copenhagen Marathon for which I’m training. I have also bought a mountain bike to start training for the Tri but I’m yet to get a roadbike and start swimming…. I guess that will be a real challenge as I haven’t been swimming for many years.

I aim to run twice a week and I’m currently at a 10 km run in the beginning of the week and a longer (currently 15 km) in the weekend – results are being posted to Endomondo.com.

When I came home yesterday the excessively expensive scaffolding was set up (thanks to regulations this is required).

  Today is the day where the new team of bricklayers (new word in my vocabulary) start their work.

during the past weeks we have had the lower row of bricks taken out and isolation put between the foundation and the wall. This leaves the house, which was built in 1922, in this condition.

         

And yeah, that's right. It looks like crap at the moment. More to follow
